Folios 228-229: Edward O'Bryen, HMS Nassau, off Gravesend. As he was not on board the Nassau whilst she under the control of the delegate committee, he cannot point out any individual more active than the rest of the ship. There were no acts of inhumanity, etc and requests that the whole crew is pardoned.
Folio 230: enclosure with folios 228-229. Letter undated from Edward O'Bryen, HMS Nassau. List of the more active.
Folios 231-232: enclosure with folios 228-229. Letter dated 16 June 1797 from Thomas Surridge, HMS Iris. Thanking the crew of HMS Nassau in moving HMS Iris to Gravesend from where the delegates of the fleet had moored her.
