Folios 352-353: William Archibald Orrok, HMS Orestes, Spithead. Reports he has learned that a warrant appointing William Harris as Boatswain of HMS Orestes has been sent to the Commissioners Office. Harris is currently on HMS Royal George and Captain William Domett says he is of bad character and that he has to request through Admiral Philip Affleck that his appointment as Boatswain of HMS Vesuvius be cancelled. Asks that Harris' warrant for HMS Orestes also be cancelled.
