Folios 337-338: John Orde, HMS Prince George. Acknowledges the orders dated 30 April which he has just received. Notes that as HMS Prince George is 100 men short of her complement he delayed having the ship paid, but now asks if the Commissioner at Sheerness can pay the men as soon as possible. He has requested a pilot for the Downs.
