Folios 315-316: Robert Dudley Oliver, HMS Hazard, Spithead. Reports that when the John arrived, her Master told Admiral Sir Peter Parker that he needs the men belonging to HMS Santa Margarita in order to keep pumping his vessel, as she has become leaky. The Admiral directed HMS Hazard to remain at Spithead until the matter is settled.
