Folios 291-292: Robert Dudley Oliver, HMS Hazard, Stornoway. Encloses the state and condition of his ship [not present] and that of HM Hired Armed Cutter Tartar. The report for HMS Hazard shows 19 men lent from HMS Goelan and HMS Mediterranean Packet. As both ships have now been paid off, asks if he can keep these men on his books. He arrived on 20 January from Campbeltown in order to protect the herring fishery, but as this is now over he will carry out his previous orders, calling at the Clyde for despatches.
