Folios 280-281: Charles Ogle, HMS Peterell, the Downs. Explains his reasons for not taking a survey of the Boatswain's and Carpenter's stores of HMS Avenger at the end of his command, asks the Admiralty to cancel their order preventing him from drawing his pay for that ship. Explains that both petty officers had died of yellow fever, the Master was ill and the vessel was paid off immediately on arriving back in England.
