Folios 136-137: John Orde, HMS Victorious. Reports that he has twice written to the Board of Ordnance asking for the guns to be sent to his ship, but with no effect. The delay is holding up alterations to the vessel, and in particular to the Lower Deck Gun Ports, which the Master Shipwright at Sheerness has said cannot be started until the guns are aboard.
