Folios 124-125: enclosed with folios 122-123. Letter dated 11 November 1794 from Osborne Standert, Chief Clerk, Navy Office, London, to the Admiralty. Asks that Robert Dudley Oliver be excused from having to pass accounts for HMS Terror in order to draw his pay, as he only commanded her for five days before being moved to HMS Hazard.
