Description

Folios 120-121: James O'Hara, the Admiralty. Reports he has been told his petition to the Crown has now been referred to the Admiralty. In it he explains that at the beginning of the war he opened and manned a rendezvous at his own expense, but was obliged to leave it because of a fistula, and Lord Sandwich later appointed him Regulating Captain at Hull. Asks if he can be put on the list of Superannuated Rear Admirals.
