Folios 77-78: George Oakes. Reports that the Navy Board tell him the Admiralty have ordered that British Consul Mr Bond should be paid the money he has drawn on account for the schooner Swift, but that the order makes no mention of his own expenses, amounting to £13 15s 6d, on the same vessel of which he encloses [not present] an account. Asks that he be repaid.
