Folios 221-233: enclosure with folios 219-220: SIGNALS and INSTRUCTIONS for SHIPS UNDER CONVOY. A copy of the instructions usually issued from HMS Pilot to the Merchant Vessels under her Protection - together with a few protections - together with a few additional signals the whole of which he presumes to offer for their Lordship's Consideration. (Memo:- These Instructions to be returned to HMS Pilot on the arrival of the Convoy at the place of destination.
