He encloses [not present] a List of the Convoy which sailed with her on 13 November 1813. He further acquaints that the whole of the outward-bound Troop Ships and Victuallers with others arrived at Quebec by 5 November 1813 after experiencing some heavy Gales, many of them got aground in the river going up to Quebec but none sustained any material damage. He has sent Sir George Provost's dispatches to the Post Office addressed to Earl Bathurst.
