Folios 112-113: James Nash, HMS Saturn. Covering letter for the enclosed from Mr Ross lately appointed Boatswain of HMS Saturn. Mr Ross is not able to join HMS Saturn due to infirmity.
Folios 114-115: enclosure with folios 112-113. Letter dated 0 December 1813 by George Ross, Boatswain, HMS Prudent, Hamoaze, to James Nash, HMS Saturn. He informs that he is unable to join HMS Saturn having been invalided from HMS Malta; Commanded by Commander Edward Buller, been surveyed at the Royal Hospital at Plymouth and found unfit.
