Folios 559-560: George Ninis, Madras. Refers to the enclosure appointing him to HMS Wilhemina and asks for confirmation.
Folios 561-562: enclosure with folios 559-560. Letter dated 5 March 1812 by William Robert Broughton, HMS Illustrious. Writes to George Ninis, Governor of the Naval Hospital at Madras, appointing him to the command of HMS Wilhemina in place of Joseph Doury who is removed to HMS Samarang.
