Folios 514-515: William Manners, HMS Reindeer, Downs. Reports his arrival and refers to enclosed orders from Admiral Charles Stirling and later from Captain James Giles Vashon of HMS Thalia, his accounts, log and statement of the defects of the ship.
Folios 516-517: enclosure with folios 514-515. Orders dated 18 July 1812 by James Giles Vashon on board HMS Thalia, orders Manners to take a convoy for vessels bound to British ports.
Folios 518-519: enclosure with folios 514-515. James Giles Vashon, HMS Thalia, position given, writes to Admiral Stirling that the convoy now consists of one hundred and twenty valuable vessels and he fears for its safety.
Folios 520-521: enclosure with folios 514-515. Letter dated 20 May 1812 by James Giles Vashon, HMS Thalia writes to Admiral Stirling that the convoy is now getting under weigh and encloses a list of vessels [not present]. He has ordered Captain Peter Douglas of HMS Polyphemus to accompany the convoy.
Folios 522-523: enclosure with folios 514-515. Letter dated 20 May 1812 by James Giles Vashon, HMS Thalia off Negril Bay, Jamaica, writes to William Manners that French privateers are seen off Caba.
Folios 524-525: enclosure with folios 514-515. Orders dated 19 June 1812 by James Giles Vashon, HMS Thalia, position given, writes that the number of vessels in the convoy is far in excess of what was expected and orders Manners to put himself under his command in order to assist.
Folios 526-527: enclosure with folios 514-515. Letter dated 18 July 1812 by James Giles Vashon, HMS Thalia, position given orders Manners to accompany some of the vessels up the Bristol Channel and the proceed to the Downs.
Folio 528: enclosure with folios 514-515. Return of the sick and wounded on board HMS Thalia between 15 May and 23 July 1812.

Folio 530: enclosure with folios 514-515. Return of the sick and wounded on HMS Reindeer between 14 July and 23 July 1812.
Folios 531-532: enclosure with folios 514-515. Letter dated 6 March 1812 by Admiral Charles Stirling, on board HMS Shark, Port Royal Harbour orders Manners to cruise the north and west of the island to protect vessels and to raise men to serve the fleet.
Folios 533-534: enclosure with folios 514-515. Letter dated 20 May 1812 by James Giles Vashon, HMS Thalia orders Manners to keep company with his own ship.
Folios 535-536: enclosure with folios 514-515. Orders dated 9 June 1812 by James Giles Vashon, HMS Thalia directs Manners to put himself under his own command.
Folios 537-538: enclosure with folios 514-515. Letter dated 1 June 1812 by James Giles Vashon orders Manners to proceed to Havana. On arrival he should report to the Governor that HMS Thalia will take a convoy of vessels that are ready and bound for Europe.
