Folios 498-499: James Noble, London. He was informed that he would have to undergo an examination of the wounds he received in the Service. This was done and he encloses the report from the Royal College of Surgeons.
Folios 500-501: enclosure with folios 498-499. Signed by David Sunday and eight others a report dated 15 May 1812 from the Royal College of Surgeons stating that some of the wounds Noble received in Service were of a dangerous nature and that the result of them is injurious to the constitution.
