Folios 235-236: John Arthur Norway, HMS Tromp, Falmouth. Reply to letter dated 3 May 1806 directing him to discharge Mr George Daglish and Mr G P Browne, Midshipmen from HMS Tromp. He states that they have been disgraced by him, for misconduct which added to their being much in debt in the neighbourhood of Falmouth, is he believers their reason for wishing to quit this ship. He requests permission to keep them.
