Folios 222-223: John Arthur Norway, HMS Tromp, Falmouth. Reply to letter dated 24 March 1806 he reports that the reason for the five supernumeraries mentioned not being discharged was that they were recovered men from the Hospital and the Ships to which they belonged were not in Port, but on the arrival of four of them four of the supernumeraries were discharged to their respective ships. The one belonging to HMS Plyades still remains waiting an opportunity of being sent to Plymouth.
