Folios 203-204: John Arthur Norway, HMS Tromp, Falmouth. Covering letter for the enclosed copy of an order from Captain John Hill of HMS Humber and points out that he has received several orders to the same effect from Captain John Hill which has been impossible for him to comply with, as the complement of HMS Tromp will not allow it being but thirty Sailors. He has applied to Commissioner Bowen for assistanceFolio 205: enclosure with folios 203-204. Letter dated 25 January 1806 by John Hill, HMS Humber, Falmouth, to John Arthur Norway, HMS Tromp, Falmouth. Order to send thirty Seamen with a sufficient number of Petty Officers together with the Launch of HMS Tromp to assist in recovering the Anchors which were laid out to get HMS Captain off. You are also to man the Launch of HMS Experiment.
