Folios 197-198: John Arthur Norway, HMS Tromp, Falmouth. Reply to letter dated 10 January 1806 he encloses [on Folio 192] a List of Men from Rear Admiral Sir James Saumarez, who was[were] impressed by the Rendezvous at Falmouth and sent on board HMS Tromp. You will inform that the enclosed is a Statement of their case and it appears that those Men were sent on board the detained Ships in order that the Men belonging to the different Privateers which detained them should escape from His Majesty's Service, but the two latter belonged to the Privateer and was not at sea in her during her cruise. [Folio 198] List of 9 men with names age and information about each.
