Folios 129-130: Thomas New, Regulating Officer, Swansea. Reply to letter dated 21 July 1806 and state the case of William Richards. He was impressed at this Port at the beginning of April 1806 the indenture had been executed a few days before, he appeared to be older than 18 and according to information received had been used to small vessels out of the Port of Fowey.
Folios 131-132: enclosure with folios 129-130. Letter dated 18 July 1806 by Thomas Ferguson, No 3 George Yard, Lombard Street, to the Admiralty. Covering letter for the enclosed [not present] Indenture of William Richards impressed on 5 April 1806. Request his immediate discharge.
