Folios 91-92: Thomas New, Regulating Officer, Swansea. Reply to letter dated 28 February 1806 and state the case of Thomas Tomlinson impressed at this port. The said man was an assistant to his Father in Law, a Tradesmen in Swansea and having behaved in a riotous manner and threatened the life of the latter, he gave information of his having been several voyages to the West Indies out of Bristol, in consequence he was impressed. The Partys have now come forward with an offer of an Able Man as substitute.
