Folios 41-42: James Nash, Regulating Captain, Leith Rendezvous. Reply to letter dated 22 January 1806 he states of Thomas Dangerfield now on HMS Texel - He was one of those men who were impressed in the neighbourhood of Dunbar with the Fishermen who had been concerned in smuggling, and was at that time collecting his smuggling debts. Witnessed[?] A Beilsen Lamb, Solicitor at law Leith. (To whom any answer may be sent).
Folios 43-44: enclosure with folios 41-42: Petition dated 14 January 1806 of James Dangerfield, part owner of the Mary of Dover, lately residing at Folkstone in the County of Kent & Latterly at Berwick upon Tweed. Request his discharge.
Folio 45: enclosure with folios 41-42: Letter dated 21 January 1806 by John Newall, London to the Admiralty.
