States Mr Joseph Roberts - Boatswain of HMS Raleigh (Building) Mr John Taylor - Carpenter of HMS Cynthia (in Ordinary here) and Mr Joseph Goodwin - Gunner of HMS Raliegh having applied to him for employment. He requests they be removed from their current ships and appointed to HMS Favorite.
