[Two plus sides, mentions:-] 1789, HMS Solebay, HMS Iris, HMS Polyphemus, being made Lieutenant in March 1797, HMS Penguin, HMS Kangaroo, HMS Loise, HMS Leander, March 1805 promoted by the late Admiral Sir Andrew Mitchell at Bermuda to Command HMS Driver then in Halifax to HMS Cleopatra, Captain John Wight [John Wright], HMS Halifax. HMS Cambrian, The Court Martial of Captain Henry Whitby late of HMS Leander. Request to be appointed Post Captain and requests employment.
