Campbell of Osnabrugh Customs House Beig asking to be paid for provisions although Campbell never wanted any money from him so Gourly omitted to take any written release from him although he did settle with him for his mess bills. He is out of pocket already because of the long land journeys he has had to make so he asks for some expenses.
