Folio 285: enclosed with folio 284. Benjamin Morgan, Lieutenant, Sea Fencibles, Neath. He asks that John Thomas is impressed as he has left the Sea Fencibles without permission.
Folio 286: enclosed with folio 284. Letter dated 10 August 1804 by John Ambrose, Neath. He writes on behalf of David Bevan to appeal for the discharge of his nephew, John Thomas. He says that he is an Apprentice and that his mother is a widow.
