Folios 263-264: Thomas New, Regulating Officer, Swansea. He reports on the case of Isaac Thomas who was impressed at Neath by Lieutenant Bennett. Isaac Thomas claims to be a Sea Fencible and Captain Stevenson has called for his discharge.
Folios 265-266: J. Stevenson, Captain, Sea Fencibles, Minehead. He appeals for the discharge of Isaac Thomas who is protected as a Sea Fencible.
Folios 267-268: enclosed with folios 263-264. Letter dated 9 May 1804 from local commanders of the Sea Fencibles complaining about the conduct of Officers of the Press gang and supporting Captain Stevenson in his efforts to secure the discharge of Isaac Thomas.
Folio 269: enclosed with folios 263-264. J. Stevenson, Sea Fencibles, Hartland Point to Kingroad. He gives details of the men enlisted in the week 3 May - 10 May 1804.
