Folios 238-239: Thomas New, Regulating Officer, Swansea. He reports on the case of Thomas Thomas who was sent to the Rendezvous by Sir Gabriel Powell, JP. There was no sign that he was a member of the militia.
Folios 240-241: enclosed with folios 238-239. Letter dated 19 February 1804 by Colonel R Aubrey, Glamorgan Militia, Gosport. He asks for the discharge of Thomas Thomas so that he can rejoin his regiment.
