Folios 158-159: Thomas New, Regulating Officer, Swansea. Sends his ideas for improving the number of men who are pressed. This will require an additional Lieutenant. William Heard, late from Ireland, has offered his services. Lieutenant Bennett has been summoned to court in order to prosecute a man who raised a mob against them. He asks for a small vessel to be used to take pressed men to Bristol or Milford.
