Folios 149-150: Thomas New, Regulating Officer, Swansea Rendezvous. Has received his instructions and warrants for raising men. Thinks that each of his Lieutenants should be supplied with a boat so that they can board vessels in the harbour or the offing. Requests directions to hire boats for this purpose. As there is nowhere safe to secure pressed men, and miners and coliers in the area have threatened to rescue any pressed men, requests a vessel is sent.
