Folios 101-102: Robert Jenner Neve, HMS Hazard, Cawsand Bay. Reports that he left the Squadron under Admiral Cornwallis yesterday morning with the accompanying dispatches. At that time, three of the Squadron: HMS Albion, HMS Minotaur and (probably) HMS Sceptre were chasing a French frigate. They captured her, and when he passed them they were exchanging the prisoners. He has some prisoners on board who recently left Santo Domengo, and they think the French ship was La Sybille, whom they left at ?Cape Nicola Mole. He expects her to arrive at Plymouth shortly. When he has completed his water hi will proceed to the other part of his orders.
