Folios 95-96: Robert Jenner Neve, HMS Hazard, Plymouth. Responds to the letter of 2 February, He has not as yet given any certificate to the people who took the anchor and cables left in Torbay. The Lighter which came for them unfortunately damaged his vessel . He will proceed to his station as soon as it is repaired, and will report back when he has given the certificate.
