Folios 73-74: Harry Neale, HMS Royal Charlotte, Hope Reach. Responds to the letter regarding the time it would take to assemble the vessels under his command at any given location. He provided details in his previous letter, but the whole force is nearly complete. The differences in ammunition on vessels can be explained by demands made by Officers before the vessels were placed under Captain Neale's command. Feels the Dockyard and East India Lighters could not assemble in Hope Reach in less than 2 tides with an easterly wind. The gun boats and other boats at London and Deptford in 6 hours. He would intend to carry all active boats beyond South End if time allows.
