Folios 46-47: Harry Neale, HMS Royal Charlotte, Hope Reach. Reports on the arrangements he has made with the Proper Officers of the Corporation of Trinty House, for the security of shipping in the River Thames. Sends a copy of the orders he has issued to the respective Officers in the Regulating Service and the Voluntary Corps. Also sends a statement of the forces at London, Deptford, Woolwich and the Hope Reach, including the number of Sea Fencibles ready to report to the Rendezvous at short notice. Describes arrangements for provision of ammunition to the various armed vessels and boats on the river, as well as the Trinity Ships. He has divided the whole force under his command into 2 divisions, one led by himself and the other by Captain Grey of HMS Augusta, with the Officers of the Regulating Service divided between them.
