Folios 216-217: James Nash, Regulating Captain, Leith Rendezvous. Reports that when he received the Admiralty's reply to his query about how the Masters of the Revenue Cutters Princess Royal and Princess Charlotte should be reimbursed for carrying men to the Nore, he applied to the Victualling Board. Encloses their reply.
Folios 218-219: enclosed with folios 216-217. Letter dated 16 August from the Victualling Board to Regulating Captain James Nash, Leith. As they have not received any instruction from the Admiralty about how impressed men are to be victualled when being carried aboard Revenue Cutters, they are not able to make any payment.
