Folios 203-204: James Nash, Regulating Captain, Leith Rendezvous. Acknowledges the letter directing him to send a Revenue cutter to Montrose and Dundee to escort vessels from there to Join the Baltic Convoy. HMS Perseus was the only Navy vessel in the roads and was just about to sail for the Nore. He sent the order to her commander, but there was no Revenue cutter available to send.
