Folios 155-156: James Nash, Regulating Captain, Leith Rendezvous. Reports that when a vessel arrived in the Roads with many men on board, he went on board to muster them and discovered they are recruits from Shetland for the 90th and 93rd Regiments, many of them seamen from the Greenland and other fishing trades. Also suggests that press warrants be issued to the two Royal Navy officers in command of Revenue vessels, Lieutenant William Murray in the Prince of Wales and Lieutenant Charles Elder in the Royal Charlotte.
