Folios 132-133: James Nash, Regulating Captain, Leith Rendezvous. Reports that the tender Eliza, which was hired for the port of Shields, has been ready for service since 6 May, but no Lieutenant has been appointed to her. Suggests Lieutenant William Malone, who is on the spot in Leith.
