Folios 263-264: [Nathaniel?] Pierce, Navy Pay Office, London. Regarding the granting of a Commission for Francis Newcombe's appointment to HMS Albanaise following Lord Keith's appointment. There is mention that the Commission could not be granted until HMS Albanaise was registered on the Navy list but the vessel was captured by mutineers before this could be done. HMS Thunder is also mentioned.
