Folios 210-211: [Harry Burrard] Neale, HMS Royal Charlotte, Weymouth. Asking to be supplied with 10 seamen as the present number of men is too short when the Ships are manned, suggesting they be supplied from HMS Royal William or any ship at Spithead and that he could send for them himself. Also enclosing a Report of Information obtained by HMS Nox when off Portland.
Folio 212: enclosure with folios 210-211. Letter written at Sea by [Thomas Usher] from HMS Nox to Sir Harry [Burrard] Neale. Reporting that he had spoken to an American from Amsterdam who had seen a considerable body of French Troops who had marched into Rotterdam for the purpose of being embarked on board the Dutch Squadron.
