Folios 105-106: James Newman Newman, HMS Loire, Portsmouth. Reporting that his Ship has been detained and providing the causes but advising he will proceed to Spithead in the Ship's current state if requested and that the delays are not caused by anything on his part. He also mentions that some of his men have been ordered to the Dock Yard and some on board HMS Royal William. Mark Milbanke, Admiral of the White Commander in Chief is also noted.
