Folios 220-221: Harry Burrard Neale, HMS San Fiorenzo, Spithead. He writes about one of his gunners whom the Admiralty wishes to exchange with the gunner of HMS Cyclops. He writes that the gunner in question, given his age and infirmities, is no longer able to perform his duties and should be superannuated. He suggests that the Admiralty orders a survey of the man with a view to his superannuation.
