Folios 213-214: Harry Burrard Neale, HMS San Fiorenzo. He encloses Lieutenant Sheppard's(probably Shepheard's) report for their information.
Folio 215: enclosure to folios 213-214. A report signed by Lieutenant William Shepheard. He recounts that on 9 October 1798 he took the cutter HMS Pigmy from off Portland, to speak to HMS Blenheim commanded by Rear Admiral Sir John Orde which had left Lisbon on 13 September together with HMS Kingfisher and 74 merchant men under convoy. HMS Kingfisher parted company on 7 October 1798. They ships bound for Cork, Liverpool and Bristol left on the previous Saturday. The whole of the convoy have arrived safely.
