Folios 204-205: Harry Burrard Neale, HMS San Fiorenzo, Hamoaze. He notes the Admiralty's displeasure that he had applied to Commissioner Robert Fanshawe to pay his ship's company their wages as directed by Act of Parliament. Captain Neale details the correspondence that passed between him and the Commissioner. In the end Captain Nelae decided to wait until he had receive orders from the Admiralty regarding the matter. When the Commissioner wrote to the Admiralty he omitted to include Captain Neale's desire to await the Admiralty's orders. .
