Folios 402-403: P [McQutral], Tullamore, Kings County. Acknowledges that his half pay has been suspended as a result of his commission not having been taken up and oaths not taken. As his attendance in London would be an inconvenience, requests that they dispense with the oaths as he took the oath of allegience when he was commissioned as a Lieutenant. However if he is required to attend to take oaths of allegiance, asks that they be administered before the Quarter Sessions in his district.
