Folios 376-377: William Howe Mulcaster, Looe, Cornwall. States he was wounded in command of HMS Princess Charlotte on Lake Ontario on the 6 May 1814. He understood he was to receive full pay until his pension was awarded but this did not occur. Requests compensation for the period up to the day his pension commenced.
