Folios 368-369: John Mackellar, HMS Romney, Chatham. In response to a request under Article 23 of the additional Naval Instruction, states that James Garrett Senior has a pension for his service of 19 years and 5 months.This commenced on the 17 August 1815 and is an annual sum of £15 4s. Also advises that James Jones has served 17 years and 9 months and receives 312 per annum commening 8 September 1815.
