Folios 293-294: John Mackellar, HMS Romney, Chatham. Response to a request as a result of the 4th Article of the circular dated 19 June 1815. Encloses a list of Midshipman who have joined his ship since 27 September 1815.
Folio 295: enclosure with folios 293-294: List of Midshipman who have joined HMS Romney between 27 September 1815 and 9 November 1815. Two men are listed : Sampson Edwards and William Hanham, both previously served on HMS Nymph.
