Folios 253-254: Francis Mason, Sea Grove, Ryde, Isle of Wight. The Underwriter bought an action against HMS President for damage done to the William and Mary Brig on 15 November 1813. This was abandoned without a trial, which required them to pay all costs. However, after reimbursement of travel costs and expenses there is still an outstanding balance. Request for payment of £146 4s 6d to cover this.
